Job summary

Outside Sales Representative & Trainer with Cleft of the Rock, Inc. seeks individuals to build relationships with business owners and individuals in a hands-on role in-person in the Griffin area. Train and mentor teammates while presenting insurance solutions and providing meaningful service.

You will conduct group talks and one-on-one consultations, follow up with clients, and collaborate with management to drive growth and impact in the field.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, service-minded, and committed to helping others.
• Excellent relationship-building and mentorship skills.
• Licensed in Health & Life or willing to obtain; licensing assistance provided.

As an Outside Sales Representative & Trainer, you'll do more than sell - you'll serve. Along the way, you'll also train and mentor others, using your natural warmth and people skills to help your team grow and succeed.

Compensation: $85,000 - $105,000 per year with draw pay, commissions, and bonuses
Schedule: Monday-Friday, weekends as needed
