Job summary

Auto-Chlor System is hiring an Outside Sales Representative for our Oakland, CA branch. Start with a base salary of $40,000 plus uncapped commissions, with a commission guarantee to start and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Find local restaurants and businesses that could use our service.
• Talk to at least 20 potential customers in person each day.
• Aim to rent out 6 dish machines per sales period (78 per year).
• Follow up with interested businesses to keep the conversation going.
• Network and identify new places or industries for growth.
• Attend weekly team sales meetings.

Pay Range:

$80,000 - $100,000 per year

What we need:

We are looking for a hustle-minded, money-motivated individual to conduct field sales via face-to-face interactions with both potential and existing customers. This individual will need to be comfortable with cold knocking and calling, have a drive to succeed, and work in team environment that is committed to providing strong customer service.

• Keep track of leads and work toward renting out 6 dish machines (plus add-ons) each sales period — aiming for 78 a year.
• Follow up regularly with interested businesses to keep the conversation going.
• Network and come up with ideas for new places or industries we could grow into.
• Attend weekly team sales meetings.

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license.
