Job summary

TIMEPROOFUSA is hiring an Outside Sales Representative to run pre-set, qualified appointments and educate homeowners on roofing, bathroom remodeling, or siding solutions. You’ll close projects in-home with a design-focused approach using rendering software and provide same-day estimates.

The role offers a 100% commission W-2 structure with uncapped earnings, a $4,000 sign-on bonus, and substantial training.

Qualifications

• Resilience and ability to handle rejection.
• Ability to cover 100 miles a day on average.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
• Comfortable working in a commission-based role.
• Technological proficiency with an iPad.

What You’ll Do

• Run pre-set, qualified appointments with homeowners—no cold calling or lead generation required.
• Conduct professional in-home design consultations, design custom showers using proprietary rendering software, provide same-day estimates, and execute a one-sit close.
• Partner with your Sales Manager and team for ongoing coaching, joint appointments, weekly meetings, and skill development.
