Timeproofusa is hiring an Outside Sales Representative to run pre-set, qualified appointments with homeowners and close projects in-home. You will educate homeowners on roofing, bathroom remodeling, or siding solutions and provide same-day estimates.

The role offers a 100% commission W-2 with uncapped earnings, plus monthly bonuses, a $4,000 sign-on bonus, 4 weeks of paid training, and allowances for car, cell phone, and a company iPad.

Qualifications

What You’ll Do

• Run pre-set, qualified appointments with homeowners—no cold calling or lead generation required.
• Conduct professional in-home design consultations, design custom showers using proprietary rendering software, provide same-day estimates, and execute a one-sit close.
• Partner with your Sales Manager and team for ongoing coaching, joint appointments, weekly meetings, and skill development.
