Qualifications

Job Overview

As an Outside Sales Rep, you will be responsible for cold calling and prospecting, both on the phone and face-to-face, in a high activity sales model. You will manage and develop your sales funnel and proactively monitor sales activity against your quota. Providing exceptional customer service to all customers, both internal and external, is essential.

Compensation and Benefits

Pay: Base salary of $50-$60k + uncapped bonus (Top performers earning $90k-$100k/year)

Main Responsibilities
  • Activate the sales strategy for the market area
  • Engage in cold calling and prospecting, both on the phone and face-to-face
  • Maintain daily/weekly business reports and accurate documentation of sales activity
  • Acquire and stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors
  • Use a consultative sales approach to understand customer needs and deliver solutions
  • Manage and develop your sales funnel, monitoring activity against quotas
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Complete daily activity logs and sales reports
  • Comfortable making cold calls
  • Consult with customers to gather information and recommend solutions for their communication and entertainment needs
Additional Responsibilities
  • Identify and partner with new and existing clients to grow your business
  • Effectively close sales within your territory
  • Contact prospects via cold calls, emails, and social networks
  • Deliver sales presentations to business owners and decision makers
  • Utilize CRM and other technology to manage efforts
  • Travel approximately 25% of the year
Qualifications
  • 2-5 years of sales experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to deliver concise presentations
  • Strong ability to handle customer objections
  • Knowledge of the mortgage industry
  • Ability to analyze data and translate into actionable plans
  • Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record
  • Reliable commute to Westminster, CO 80234 or willingness to relocate
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to pass background and drug screening
  • Comfortable sitting/standing for extended periods
