This role involves selling services directly to homeowners, responding to job leads, and assessing water damage. • Assess damage within the home and propose potential solutions
• Follow up with clients on questions and issues
• Communicate internally with team members

Compensation

Uncapped base plus bonus structure with on‑target earning (OTE) of $125,000 with the opportunity to exceed.
