Job summary

Florida Window & Door is seeking an In-Home Sales Representative to drive sales of hurricane protection solutions through company-provided appointments. Expected earnings are highly commission-based with six-figure potential and ongoing bonuses.

Responsibilities include meeting homeowners, presenting solutions, and closing deals while delivering exceptional customer experiences. Experience is a plus, but motivated candidates are encouraged to apply. Full-time position with training support.

Home improvement sales experience is a plus, but not required. If you know how to connect with customers, overcome objections, and close, we want to talk to you.

Schedule & Requirements

• Full-time
• Monday–Saturday
• One weekday + Sunday off
• Travel to in-home appointments, potentially up to 90 minutes from your home
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
