Job summary

PestCo is seeking an Outside Sales Representative for Northern NJ & NY with a hunter mindset to drive new business in commercial pest control across multiple sectors. You will prospect, present, and close deals while traveling regionally to meet clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and field visits.
• Identify and qualify opportunities in target verticals such as food processing, hospitality, healthcare, property management, and manufacturing.
• Conduct on-site inspections and develop customized service proposals.
• Present and sell pest control solutions to decision-makers including facility managers and procurement teams.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

This role is focused on new business development, targeting commercial and industrial clients across various sectors. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at prospecting, and is passionate about solving customer problems with tailored pest management solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect and generate new leadsthrough cold calling, networking, referrals, and field visits.
