Empire Fiber Internet is seeking a Residential Fiber Sales Representative to join our field team in the Dansville area and surrounding communities. You will manage your own territory, meet homeowners, explain 100% fiber options, and drive growth through relationship-building and local outreach.

Ideal candidates have strong sales drive, excellent communication, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

Compensation

Annual earning potential: $75,000 - $95,000+

Includes base compensation and performance incentives, with opportunities to exceed targets. Top performers consistently exceed the listed earning range.

Work Environment

This is a community-based sales role where you'll spend time in neighborhoods connecting with homeowners and introducing them to the benefits of fiber Internet.

Representatives should be comfortable engaging with potential customers in person and building relationships within the communities we serve.
