Job summary

GoNetspeed is seeking an Outside Sales Representative (Door-to-Door) in the California area. You will be field-based, engaging customers face to face to sell Fiber Internet, Home Phone, and Streaming TV, with a strong focus on meeting daily outreach goals.

The role offers a base salary of $35,000 plus unlimited commissions, uncapped earning potential, and additional bonuses. Training is provided; travel locally is required, and hours are typically 10 AM–7 PM.

Responsibilities

• Meet customers face to face through door to door outreach.
• Selling Fiber Internet, Home Phone, and Streaming TV.
• Knocking on 50+ doors daily in assigned towns/cities.
• Understanding customer needs and recommending the right plan.
• Staying current on product offerings and competitor options.
• Achieving monthly sales goals and earning big on commission.
• Participating in occasional community events to promote GoNetspeed.

Physical Requirements

• Frequent standing/walking/stair climbing (75–100%)
• Occasional kneeling, lifting, pushing/pulling (25–49%)
• Ability to read screens/reports and communicate via phone/email (75–100%)
