• Experience presenting multiple options to homeowners.
• ServiceTitan experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Competitive, motivated, and driven by results.
• Valid driver’s license.

• Build trust, overcome objections, and confidently ask for the sale.
• Follow up on open estimates and opportunities.
• Maintain a strong close rate and average ticket.
• Keep pipeline and customer information updated in ServiceTitan.
• Work closely with install and operations teams to ensure great post-sale experience.
