Job summary

Hibu is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to sell digital marketing solutions through a partnership model. The role combines a base salary with commissions, bonuses, and a hybrid work setup, including home office and in-field duties.

First-year on-target earnings range from $95,000 to $105,000, with potential for growth and higher targets in year two ($112,000–$132,000). Training is comprehensive, with classroom and field components, and strong potential for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Selling Digital Marketing solutions through a partnership selling model.
• Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO.
• Cold calling business owners and prospecting within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct needs assessments.
• Grow your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earn residual commissions.
• Perform virtual and in-person presentations to prospects.
• Build strong client relationships across diverse industries.

• Perform virtual and in‑person presentations to prospects
