We're seeking Outside Sales Representatives who are passionate about promoting our power washing services to residential and commercial clients in the Montgomery County and DC metro area. You'll work closely with the owner and support staff to generate leads, visit properties, and provide power washing estimates — all while earning a base salary plus uncapped commissions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Collaborate with the owner and remote support team to identify commercial properties for outreach. Visit sites in person, initiate conversations, and build relationships with key decision-makers.
• Sales Consultation: Provide professional, friendly, and informative consultations to prospective clients. Understand their needs and offer customized power washing solutions.
• Estimate Delivery: Learn how to scope, price, and present power washing estimates for both residential and commercial jobs.
• Relationship Building: Develop strong connections with property managers, referral partners (e.g., painters, realtors, HOAs), and community contacts to drive long-term business.
• Performance Tracking: Maintain detailed records of sales activity and estimates using our systems and tools, and work toward weekly and monthly targets.

Qualifications:

• Previous Sales Experience: Ideally, experience with residential or commercial clients — but a motivated, confident communicator with a willingness to learn is even better.
• Interpersonal Skills: Friendly, approachable, and able to engage comfortably with both homeowners and business professionals.
• Self-Starter: Ability to work independently in the field while staying accountable to clear performance goals.
• Technology Proficiency: Comfortable using technology to track leads, log activity, and communicate with the team.
• Driver's License: Must have a valid license and access to reliable transportation. Mileage reimbursement provided.

What We Offer:

• Base Salary: $36,000 annual salary
• Uncapped Commission: Strong earning potential with performance-based bonuses (targeted at 1-2x base salary for all-in compensation of $72,000-$108,000)
