Job summary

HomeTeam is seeking a motivated sales professional to reach homeowners in the local area, present Pest Control products, and close service deals. You will knock on doors, make calls, and follow up with prospects while delivering a delightful customer experience.

The position offers a company vehicle, mobile setup (phone and iPad), comprehensive benefits, and uncapped earning potential ranging from $65K to $75K annually. Growth opportunities exist in a friendly, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to homeowners in your assigned area to generate sales, including knocking on doors, sending mail, and making telephone calls
• Use patience and persistence to build long-term relationships with homeowners
• Confidently explain and demonstrate the benefits and prices of HomeTeam’s products and services with current and potential customers
• Complete sales documents accurately and completely to ensure Pest Control Techs have all the information they need to create a delightful experience for the homeowner
• Think on your feet, stay motivated, and work independently
