Job summary

HomeTeam is seeking an energetic outside sales professional to reach homeowners in assigned areas, generate sales, and build lasting relationships. You will present pest control products, explain pricing, and complete paperwork to equip field techs for a seamless customer experience.

The role offers salary plus commission, a company vehicle, phone, iPad, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for advancement within Rollins, Inc.

Qualifications

• Experience preferred– training will be provided.
• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to homeowners in your assigned area to generate sales, including knocking on doors, sending mail, and making telephone calls.
• Use patience and persistence to build long-term relationships with homeowners.
• Confidently explain and demonstrate the benefits and prices of HomeTeam’s products and services with current and potential customers.
• Complete sales documents accurately and completely to ensure Pest Control Techs have all the information they need to create a delightful experience for the homeowner.
• Think on your feet, stay motivated, and work independently.
