Outside Sales Representative – Commercial Truck and Van (CTV) – Georgia
We are seeking a self‑motivated and driven individual to perform key responsibilities and build relationships across the market.
Responsibilities
- Create and achieve an annual budget for the identified market (Develop / Maintain / Grow)
- Achieve revenue goals for a specified percentage of market opportunity
- Solicit orders for upfitted vans from dealers' inventory
- Collaborate with the inside sales team to deliver a one‑team approach for the customer experience before, during and after the sale
- Work with Sales Manager to ensure customer solution proposed is suitable for both the customer and CTV – responsible for building a mutually beneficial partnership
- Partner with strategic partners to perform joint consultations and create solutions with customers in the market, as opportunities become available

- Bachelor’s Degree preferred; the company will consider a combination of education and experience

Additional Requirements
- Must meet and maintain all requirements to be a “Driver” as defined in Adrian Steel Fleet Corporate Driving Policy
- Valid driver’s license
- Acceptable driving record (Adrian Steel authorized)
