Job summary

TIMEPROOFUSA is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to educate homeowners on roofing solutions, run pre-set appointments, and close projects in-home.

Hit high earnings through a 100% commission W-2 structure with on-target earnings between $150K and $320K+ annually. The role includes four weeks of paid training at $1,000 per week, full benefits, and allowances for car and cell phone, plus an iPad provided by the company.

As an Outside Sales Representative, you’ll run pre-set, qualified appointments, educate homeowners on our roofing solutions, and close projects in-home.

What You’ll Do

• Run pre-set, qualified appointments with homeowners—no cold calling or lead generation required.
• Conduct professional roofing consultations, product demos, provide same-day estimates, and close the sale.
• Partner with your Sales Manager and team for ongoing coaching, joint appointments, weekly meetings, and skill development.
