TE Wire and Cable is expanding its outside team. We are hiring for an Outside Sales Representative who thrives on hard work, collaboration, and winning. We seek self motivated individuals who are hungry and passionate about sales. Major Tasks include:

  1. Identify and properly qualify new business opportunities within the aerospace sector.
  2. Collaborate with other members of the sales team as needed to generate sales and provide excellent customer service.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
  4. Educate customers on how our products can benefit them.
  5. Attend industry trade shows to identify potential sales leads and grow the book of business.
  6. Follow industry trends to identify new opportunities for potential sales.
  7. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Location: Remote
  • Experience in the aerospace industry, cable assemblies used in harsh environments, and flight-critical assemblies.
  • Background in wire and cable industry is a plus.
  • Composite sales experience is needed.
  • Prior experience with customer communications and business presentations.
  • Ability to adapt and learn on the go while maintaining strong organization and the need to meet specific deadlines and goals.
  • Ability to work in an independent self-starter environment while communicating timely with the office.
  • At least 2 years of sales experience with ability to meet sales goals.
  • Up to 50% travel is required.

Pay Range: $88,000.00 - $132,000.00
