Job summary

Facility Solutions Group in Nashville seeks a Lead Generator to join the program team. This salaried role offers a competitive bonus plan for outstanding performers and a pathway to advancement in a growing energy and lighting solutions company.

You will market and generate interest in Utility Sponsored Rebate Programs, educate customers, and coordinate with Energy Conservation Reps to schedule audits and gather required documents.

Qualifications

Customer service experience preferred.
Valid drivers license.
Ability to travel and canvass potential customer areas.
Ability to multitask while staying organized.
Strong verbal and written communications skills.
Positive customer service skills.
Proficiency with technology and electronics strongly preferred.
Self motivated and driven.
Experience in lighting and electrical a plus!

Responsibilities

Inform customers of Utility Program opportunities and generate leads for the program team.
Explain the benefits of the program to customers at an expert level.
Recognize energy efficiency opportunities on sites.
Schedule energy audits and coordinate with Energy Conservation Reps.
Secure necessary documents and information from customers.
Update and maintain all systems required.
Act professionally and ethically at all times.
Report directly to the Sales Manager.

As one of the nation’s largest single-source providers of lighting and electrical products, electrical services, electrical construction, and energy management solutions, Facility Solutions Group is expanding their staff and seeking a Lead Generator to join the Nashville program team. This position is a salaried position with a competitive bonus plan for outstanding performers.

JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Customer Engagement Specialist you will market and generate interest for our Utility Sponsored Rebate Programs. The programs enable municipalities, small businesses, and non-profits within our coverage territory to reduce their energy spending and upgrade to more modern, energy efficient equipment.

Responsibilities
