PGW Auto Glass is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to promote sales within a defined territory, grow existing accounts, and uncover new business. The role requires strong multitasking, excellent communication, and high organization in a fast-paced environment.

Travel within the territory, maintain a CRM, and build relationships while delivering exceptional service. Must be bilingual (English/Spanish), have a HS diploma or GED, 2+ years in sales/distribution preferred, valid driver’s

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Minimum two years of sales and/or distribution experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a company vehicle.
• Ability to communicate effectively with others in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Solicit, present products, and sell to both new and existing customers.

As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting sales within a defined territory to grow existing accounts and uncover new business. Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Solicit, present products, and sell to both new and existing customers.
• Gain comprehensive knowledge of PGW Auto Glass product literature to convey product information and availability to customers effectively.
• Identify and research potential customers who could benefit from PGW's products or services.
• Travel within the territory, utilizing time and territory management skills to promote PGW.
• Collaborate with the operations team to deliver an exceptional service experience for our customers.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with customers to build trust and loyalty.

Qualifications & Skills

• Must be bilingual (English / Spanish)
• High School Graduate or G.E.D. equivalent required
• A minimum of two years' sales and/or distribution experience preferred
• Must possess a valid driver's license, as well as the ability to operate a Company vehicle
• Must be able to communicate effectively with others
• Must have the flexibility to work variable schedules
• Must possess attention to detail while working in a timely fashion
• Must possess organizational skills, as well as the ability to multi-task

Work Environment & Physical Requirements (if Applicable)

The employee should be able to tolerate both high and low temperature levels and occasional inclement driving conditions. A high energy level and the ability to work under pressure are essential for this role. This position requires individuals to occasionally be on their feet, except when in an office situation or driving a company vehicle.
