The Outside Sales Specialist (Generator Systems) role is responsible for driving sales growth in the Minnesota territory through new lead generation and relationship development. This role focuses on building long-term partnerships with electrical contractors, engineering firms, and end users.

Base pay

$75,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

• Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
• Follow up on inbound leads and customer inquiries in a timely manner.
• Input and maintain accurate records in the Company's CRM system.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience in a technical or construction-related field preferred.
• Familiarity with generator systems or electrical/mechanical systems is a plus.
• Ability to travel within the Minnesota territory (4-5 days/week)
