Rooftop Designs is a leading home improvement company providing roofing, replacement windows, siding, doors, gutters, and bathroom remodeling. The Outside Sales Representative role focuses on presenting tailored home improvement solutions during pre-set appointments with homeowners.

You will conduct in-home consultations, prepare estimates, explain financing, and close sales—travel within ~100 miles of the office and work some evenings and Saturdays as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous in-home sales or home improvement sales experience preferred.
• Comfortable working in a commission-based sales environment.
• Ability to travel within approximately 100 miles of your assigned office.
• Comfortable working evenings and Saturdays as business needs require.
• Basic computer and tablet proficiency.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Run pre-set, qualified appointments with homeowners—no cold calling or door knocking required.
• Conduct professional in-home consultations to identify each homeowner's needs.
• Present customized solutions for roofing, replacement windows, siding, doors, gutters, and bathroom remodeling.
• Prepare same-day estimates, explain financing options, and close sales during the appointment.
• Participate in ongoing coaching, ride-alongs, and sales training with your Sales Manager.
