Job summary

Hibu is hiring an Outside Sales Representative to drive digital marketing solutions for small businesses across a designated territory. You will sell Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO while building lasting client relationships.

The role blends a base salary with uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses in a hybrid environment, with initial classroom and field training and ongoing companywide support.

• Sell Digital Marketing solutions through a partnership selling model.
• Cover Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO.
• Cold call business owners and prospect within a territory to set appointments and assess needs.
• Grow your book of business with small businesses and earn residual commissions through strong account management.
• Deliver virtual and in-person presentations to prospects.

• Cold calling business owners and prospecting within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct strong needs assessments
• Grow your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earn residual commissions for retaining your clients through strong account management
• Perform virtual and in-person presentations to prospects
• Build strong client relationships working within a wide variety of industries, making each day different
