Job summary

REIC Rentals LLC in Ohio is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive growth by identifying opportunities, building partnerships, and expanding our customer base across Construction, Oil & Gas, Industrial, and Event sectors.

As an individual contributor covering the Ohio Territory, you will lead negotiations, design proposals, and collaborate with marketing, product development, and finance to deliver results while keeping customers at the center of every decision.

Qualifications

• 5-10 yrs + Proven success in sales or business development roles, with a focus on strategic growth and customer engagement in the equipment rental or related industries (construction, oil & gas, industrial or ag equipment manufacturing, etc.)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical abilities with experience in forecasting, pricing, and financial modeling.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and project management tools.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings, trade shows, and industry events.

What you will do:

• Identify & Engage: Scout and pursue new project opportunities through research, outreach, conferences, and digital platforms.
• Build Partnerships: Forge lasting relationships with potential and existing clients to unlock long-term value.

• Lead Negotiations: Craft compelling pricing proposals and contracts, and support executive teams during deal negotiations.
• Analyze & Optimize: Collaborate with finance and operations teams to monitor project performance and continuously improve outcomes.
• Support Marketing: Coordinate promotional efforts to amplify product visibility and customer engagement.
• Represent REIC: Attend trade shows and industry events to keep a pulse on market trends and build brand presence.
• Enable Sales: Partner with internal teams to deliver product demos, customer training, and smooth onboarding experiences.

Requirements

What You Bring
