Job summary

3 Day Blinds is seeking an in-home Design Consultant to meet clients in their residences, assess needs, and guide them through the purchase of custom window treatments. You’ll work with provided leads, receive training, and have uncapped earning potential through commissions.

Ideal candidates are people-oriented, motivated by performance, and comfortable working independently. Travel locally and be available evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Backgrounds in sales, hospitality, customer service or retail perform well.
• No prior design experience required.

Responsibilities

We are offering a $3,000 sign-on bonus for new Design Consultants who are part of the San Diego market. Terms are as follows: $1500 will be paid out after 30 days and an additional $1,500 will be paid after 60 days of service and good-standing and active employment with 3 Day Blinds.

Who You Are

• A people person who enjoys building relationships and helping others

• Confident, coachable, and comfortable working independently
• Organized and able to manage multiple appointments
• Open to working evenings and at least one weekend day
• Have reliable transportation and are comfortable traveling locally

Backgrounds that do well in this role include sales, hospitality, customer service, retail, and other fast‑paced environments, but no prior design experience is required.
