Job summary

3 Day Blinds is seeking a Design Consultant to meet clients in their homes in the San Diego area, designing and recommending custom window treatments. You will guide buyers through the purchase in a single visit, with company-provided leads and paid training to support a high-earning, performance-driven role.

Position offers uncapped commissions and generous growth within a national brand. Training lasts four weeks, with full benefits and travel within the local market.

Qualifications

We are offering a $3,000 sign-on bonus for new Design Consultants who are part of the San Diego market. Terms are as follows: $1500 will be paid out after 30 days and an additional $1,500 will be paid after 60 days of service and good-standing and active employment with 3 Day Blinds.
