Job summary

3 Day Blinds is seeking a Design Consultant to meet clients in their homes across the San Diego area, guiding them through selecting custom blinds and window treatments. You will leverage provided leads, receive paid training, and enjoy uncapped earning potential with a $3,000 sign-on bonus for the San Diego market.

We are offering a $3,000 sign-on bonus for new Design Consultants who are part of the San Diego market. Terms are as follows: $1500 will be paid out after 30 days and an additional $1,500 will be paid after 60 days of service and good-standing and active employment with 3 Day Blinds.

Who You Are

• A people person who enjoys building relationships and helping others
• Motivated by performance and excited about uncapped earning potential
• Confident, coachable, and comfortable working independently
• Organized and able to manage multiple appointments
• Open to working evenings and at least one weekend day
• Have reliable transportation and are comfortable traveling locally

Backgrounds that do well in this role include sales, hospitality, customer service, retail, and other fast‑paced environments, but no prior design experience is required.
