Hibu is actively seeking an Outside Sales Representative in the United States to drive digital marketing solutions. The role offers a base salary with uncapped commissions, a hybrid work environment, and ongoing training to help you win and grow your career.

Year 1 on-target earnings are between $90,000 and $100,000 with potential to earn more through commissions and monthly bonuses; Year 2 on-target earnings range from $104,000 to $122,000.

Qualifications

• Outside sales or digital marketing experience preferred.
• Strong prospecting and presentation skills.
• Ability to develop and manage a book of business across diverse industries.

Responsibilities

• Selling Digital Marketing solutions through a partnership selling model.
• Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO.
• Cold calling business owners and prospecting within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct needs assessments.
• Grow your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earn residual commissions for retaining clients.
• Perform virtual and in-person presentations to prospects.
• Build strong client relationships working within a wide variety of industries.
