Job summary

Hibu is seeking an Outside Sales professional in a hybrid role, combining home-office and in-field activities. You will drive the sale of digital marketing solutions, including websites, search ads, display ads and SEO, while earning uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses.

You will undergo comprehensive training and build a substantial book of business through proactive prospecting, needs assessments, and strong account management across diverse industries.

Responsibilities

• Sell Digital Marketing solutions through a partnership model.
• Cover Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO.
• Cold call business owners and prospect within a territory to set appointments and assess needs.
• Grow your own book by helping small businesses succeed and earn residual commissions from retention.
• Deliver virtual and in-person presentations to prospects.
• Build strong client relationships across diverse industries.

On-Target Earnings

Year 1 on-target earnings between $90,000-$100,000 with ability to earn more through uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses! Year 2 on-target earnings between $106,000 - $122,000.
