Job summary

Hibu is seeking an Outside Sales professional in a hybrid home-office role serving the Norfolk, VA area. You will sell digital marketing solutions, including websites, search ads, display ads, reviews, social ads and SEO, while building lasting client relationships.

The position offers base salary with benefits and uncapped commissions, with comprehensive training and a clear path to leadership and sales growth.

Responsibilities

• Sell Digital Marketing solutions via partnership model across Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads and SEO.
• Cold call business owners and prospect in a designated territory to set appointments and assess needs.
• Grow your own book by helping small businesses succeed and earning residual commissions through account management.
• Deliver virtual and in-person presentations to prospects and build strong client relationships.

On-Target Earnings

Year 1 on-target earnings between $90,000-$100,000 with ability to earn more through uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses! Year 2 on-target earnings between $106,000 - $125,000.

• Cold calling business owners and prospecting within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct strong needs assessments
• Grow your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earn residual commissions for retaining your clients through strong account management
• Perform virtual and in-person presentations to prospects
• Build strong client relationships working within a wide variety of industries, making each day different!
