Job summary

BathWorks of Michigan is seeking driven Outside Sales Representatives to meet homeowners at pre-set in-home appointments in Novi and the Greater Detroit Area. You will build relationships, tailor bath and shower solutions, and guide clients from selection to installation.

No cold calling or door knocking; you’ll earn uncapped commissions with a W-2 role, receive paid training, a monthly vehicle allowance, and benefits after 60–90 days, plus time-off and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or retail.
• Strong communication and ability to connect with people.
• Self-motivated, competitive and results-driven.
• Willingness to travel within a 100-mile radius and to work Saturdays.
• Availability for 10 AM, 2 PM, and 6 PM appointment times.

At BathWorks of Michigan, we're growing fast and looking for driven, people-focused sales professionals who want more than just another sales job. We help homeowners transform their bathrooms in as little as one day with premium bath and shower solutions.

As an Outside Sales Representative, you'll meet with homeowners during scheduled, in-home appointments, build relationships, and help customers find solutions that fit their needs, style, and budget.

No cold calling. No door knocking. No prospecting. Just the opportunity to sell.

What You'll Do

• Meet with homeowners at pre-set, in-home appointments.
• Design customized bath and shower solutions.
• Build trust through a professional, consultative sales approach.
• Present options, overcome objections, and confidently close sales.
• Deliver a five-star customer experience from start to finish.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or retail.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for connecting with people.
• Self-motivated, competitive, and accountable for results.
