Job summary

My Style Exteriors is hiring Outside Sales Representatives to educate homeowners on roofing, siding and gutter projects for their homes. You will focus on selling with a strong support team and earn competitive pay with draw, commissions and bonuses.

Responsibilities include qualifying opportunities, conducting exterior inspections for wind/ hail damage, converting inspections into signed contracts, collecting payments, and building trusted homeowner relationships.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience in a 'go-getter' role, prospecting is emphasized.
• Must have a reliable vehicle with full insurance coverage.
• Self-sufficient; able to work in an independent environment.
• Must have a smartphone capable of downloading apps and taking pictures.
• Track record of achievement.
• Industry knowledge (Residential Roofing or Home Improvements) preferred.
• Experience following a documented, proven sales system.
• 21 years of age or older preferred for insurance purposes.
• Must have a valid driver's license (any state).

• Be a 'go-getter' to qualify, identify and close new sales opportunities.
• Conduct exterior property inspection for wind and hail damage.

• Review scope of work summaries and sign a contract with homeowners.

We pay Outside Sales Representatives the most in the industry for their work. NO project management, estimating, supplements, or material ordering of any kind. We have the full support staff to facilitate every facet of the process, so you can focus on selling!

Competitive Pay for Outside Sales Representatives:

• Build up Draw advance (dependent on daily activities)
• Commission on approved sales (paid on collected revenue)
• $65,000 - $200,000 / year
• Vehicle allowance provided for qualifying vehicles (used for advertising)
• Training & Development Program
• Additional $$ earned on bonuses in sales contests
