Job summary

Force Roofing Systems in Franklin, TN is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to grow our roofing services. Earning $65,000 to $100,000+ per year through commission and bonuses, you will own the sales cycle from first contact to close.

No sales experience required; you will receive four weeks of paid training, a company vehicle, and benefits including medical/dental/vision with a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Knock doors two to three hours a day, five days a week, building referrals with insurance agents and realtors.
• Inspect roofs, gutters, and siding using the training provided.
• Lead product knowledge meetings and client presentations.
• Own the sales cycle from estimate to close, building pipeline through our CRM, social media, and local events.
