Job summary

Groundworks in Fort Myers, FL is seeking an Outside Sales Representative (CFI) to diagnose home issues and present repair options to homeowners. You will travel within the Florida territory to meet with clients, develop a book of business from warm leads, and close sales in-home while building lasting customer relationships.

The role emphasizes an entrepreneurial attitude, customer service, and the potential for ownership equity through our Employee Ownership opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of sales experience preferred but not required.
• Experience in commission-driven sales, business-to-consumer and/or in-home sales is a plus.
• Experience in Construction or Home Improvement is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Travel within sales territory to conduct in-home inspections.
• Utilize warm pre-qualified leads to develop and maintain a book of business.
• Diagnose and educate homeowners on issues and provide solution options.
• Estimate repairs and provide homeowners with generated job proposals.
• Close sales with customers in the home.
• Maintain relationships with customers while tracking sales lead pipeline.
