Groundworks, North America's leader in foundation solutions, seeks Outside Sales Representatives to diagnose issues and present repair options in homeowners' homes across assigned territory. You will leverage company leads, travel to in-home inspections, and build a book of business while delivering measurable results.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of sales experience preferred but not required.
• Experience in commission-driven sales, business-to-consumer and/or in-home sales is a plus.
• Experience in Construction or Home Improvement is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Travel within sales territory to conduct in-home inspections.
• Utilize warm pre-qualified leads to develop and maintain a book of business.
• Diagnose homeowners issues and provide repair options and proposals.
• Close sales with customers in the home.
• Maintain relationships with customers and manage sales lead pipeline.
