Who We Are: At Wisper Internet, we're on a mission to close the digital gap by delivering dependable, high-speed fixed wireless internet to underserved communities throughout the Midwest. As our company continues to grow, we're looking for passionate, goal-oriented sales professionals to join our expanding team. We're actively expanding our reach in Cape Girardeau, MO, and neighboring communities, assembling a dedicated local team to spearhead this growth.

What We Offer:

Annual Salary: $31500

Schedule: 40 hours per week, may include one weekend day, flexible scheduling

Travel: 50% overnight travel (lodging and per diem provided)

What You'll Do:

  • Visit residential neighborhoods to inform potential customers about Wisper's premium high-speed internet services.
  • Build strong professional relationships with communities, organizations, and businesses within an assigned territory.
  • Consistently prospect and follow up to meet and surpass sales goals.
  • Log sales activities daily in the CRM system.

What We're Looking For:

  • At least six months of experience in inbound sales, outside door-to-door sales, or a related sales/customer service role (telecom or internet sales experience is a plus).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to establish lasting customer relationships.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated D2D sales professionals with a "hunter" mentality and a passion for customer service.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced team environment year-round.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • Must have ability to be added on Company auto insurance
  • Must be able to drive without posing a risk to yourself or others
