The first-year total compensation ranges from $60,000 to $110,000, depending on performance. The base salary is $30,000 (excluding bonuses), aligning with NCH Corporation’s salary range for this role. Actual salaries may vary based on experience, education, training, location, and performance, with no cap on commissions. Commissions can constitute a significant part of total earnings.
