Job summary

TIMEPROOFUSA is hiring an Outside Sales Representative to close in-home roofing, bathroom remodeling, and siding projects. You will manage pre-set, qualified appointments and perform design consultations using our rendering software, delivering same-day estimates and a one-sit close.

You’ll work with your Sales Manager for coaching and team support, while earning with a 100% commission W-2 structure, plus monthly bonuses and a $4,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Ability to drive 100 miles a day on average.
• Comfortable working in a commission-based role.
• Proficient with an iPad or tablet.

What You’ll Do

• Run pre-set, qualified appointments with homeowners—no cold calling or lead generation required.

• Partner with your Sales Manager and team for ongoing coaching, joint appointments, weekly meetings, and skill development.
