Hugg and Hall Equipment Company is seeking an Outside Rental Sales Representative in Arkansas to drive rental sales and grow relationships with current and new customers across our territory. You will coordinate with internal teams to move rental orders from inquiry to delivery and ensure project success through strong communication.

Ideal candidates bring 1–3 years of sales experience, knowledge of construction equipment, and a team-oriented mindset.

• Working knowledge of construction/industrial equipment.
• Excellent computer skills.
• College degree in business or sales preferred (high school required).
• Ability to present and sell at all customer levels.
• Team-oriented, collaborative work environment.
• Minimum 21 years old with a clean driving record.

Hugg and Hall Equipment Company is looking for someone with strong customer service, communication, and sales skills to join our team as an Outside Rental Sales Representative. We are a full-service equipment company specializing in industrial and construction equipment since 1956.

ABOUT THE POSITION

The Rental Sales Representative will be responsible for rental sales, developing and maintaining relationships with current customers, and generatingnew rental business within their assigned territory.

In this role, you will:

• Rent Industrial and Construction Equipment by making in-person sales callswith existing customers and identifying new prospects.
• Develop, Maintain and Manage strong customer relationships,responding to customer inquiries regarding equipment, maintaining product knowledge, and researching equipment, parts or products to meet specialized customer requirements
• Manage the Rental Order Processacross multiple departments to provide ongoing support and project updates to customers and various internal teams
• Ensure customer satisfaction and successful project completion using excellent communication skills and a teamwork mindset

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 1-3 years sales-related experience
• Working knowledge of construction and industrial equipment, with prior experience in the construction or similar industry a huge plus
• Excellent computer skills
• Collegedegree in business or sales field preferred (high school education required)
• Ability to present and sell at all customer levels
• Able to function efficiently in a team-oriented, collaborative work environment.
• Minimum 21 years of age with a clean driving record

PHYSICAL DEMANDS/ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS

This position:

• will be working in operating facilities and outdoors traveling to customer locations where the employee will encounter varying weather conditions and temperatures.
• must be able to frequently lift up to 100 pounds.
• requires driving to and from customer locations where the normal auto hazards apply.
