Hugg & Hall Equipment Company is looking for someone with strong customer service, administrative, and sales skills to join our team as an Inside Sales Representative. ABOUT THE POSITION

Inside Rental Sales function as part of the Rental Team and are responsible for coordinating customer requests for rental of equipment and meeting the customers' needs through education of the equipment necessary for the task.

In this role, you will:

• Engage with current and prospective customers to build lasting relationships via in-person, telephone, and/or email
• Manage the rental order process, including coordinating with other departments to ensure timely fulfillment of customer requests
• Effectively communicate with all involved parties, including Salespeople, Coordinators, Managers, and Customers, providing accurate quotes and fulfillment updates

REQUIREMENTS

• High School Diploma/Equivalent with relevant experience - College Degree preferred
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Ability to present and sell at all customer levels
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while multi-tasking to meet customers' needs
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

PHYSICAL DEMANDS/ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS

This position:

• will be working in operating facilities and outdoors. The employee will encounter varying weather conditions and temperatures.
• requires frequent use of a computer keyboard while reading the computer screen.
• will be continuously required to talk or hear; and regularly required to sit, stand, walk, or climb.
• must be able to lift 100 pounds on occasion.
