Qualifications

• 3-5 years of outside sales experience in fencing/construction/home-improvement industries.
• Proven ability to close sales and manage a territory.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Experience using CRM and estimating software.

Position Summary

Ultimate Staffing is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Specialist to join their client’s growing team in Durham, NC. This individual will be responsible for generating and closing residential and commercial fencing sales through in-person consultations, customer referrals, lead follow-up, and relationship building.

• No significant criminal convictions.
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.

Training Period (First 90 Days)

• Guaranteed draw of $1,200 per week
• If earned commissions exceed the draw, additional commissions will be paid

After Training

• Commission-only compensation structure
• Quarterly commission payouts
• Continued access to draw opportunities
• Average annual earnings between $80,000 and $110,000+
