Hibu in Tennessee is seeking an Outside Sales professional to sell digital marketing solutions through a partnership model, offering a base salary plus uncapped commissions and robust benefits.

You will grow your own book of business, conduct virtual and in-person presentations, build lasting client relationships, and thrive in a hybrid work environment with extensive training and clear opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Selling Digital Marketing solutions through a partnership selling model
• Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO
• Cold calling business owners and prospecting within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct strong needs assessments
• Grow your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earn residual commissions for retaining your clients through strong account management
• Perform virtual and in-person presentations to prospects
• Build strong client relationships working within a wide variety of industries, making each day different!

Earnings

Year 1 on-target earnings between $90,000-$100,000 with ability to earn more through uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses! Year 2 on-target earnings between $100,000 - $120,000.
