Job summary

Hibu is hiring an Outside Sales Representative to sell digital marketing solutions in a hybrid environment, combining home office and in-field work. You will prospect small businesses, deliver presentations, and build a growing book of clients.

Year 1 on-target earnings between $80,000 - $90,000 with uncapped commissions; Year 2 between $104,000-122,000. Training includes 3 weeks classroom and 9 weeks field, plus ongoing companywide support.

Responsibilities

• Sell Digital Marketing solutions through a partnership selling model.
• Sell Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO.
• Cold calling business owners and prospecting within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct needs assessments.
• Grow your own book of business by helping small businesses and earning residual commissions through strong account management.
• Perform virtual and in-person presentations to prospects and build strong client relationships.
