Job summary

Hibu is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in a hybrid, field-and-home office environment. You will sell digital marketing solutions, ranging from websites to SEO, while building a robust base of local business clients.

You’ll start with comprehensive training and have opportunities for leadership and sales growth as you expand your book of business and earn uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Sell Digital Marketing solutions through a partnership selling model (websites, search ads, display ads, reviews & reputation management, social ads, SEO).
• Cold call business owners and prospect within a territory to set appointments and conduct needs assessments.
• Grow your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earn residual commissions through account management.
• Deliver virtual and in-person presentations to prospects and build strong client relationships across industries.

Year 1 on-target earnings between $90,000-$100,000 with ability to earn more through uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses! Year 2 on-target earnings between $106,000-$125,000.

• Cold calling business owners and prospecting within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct strong needs assessments
• Grow your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earn residual commissions for retaining your clients through strong account management
• Perform virtual and in-person presentations to prospects
• Build strong client relationships working within a wide variety of industries, making each day different!
