Job summary

Hibu is recruiting an Outside Sales Representative in a hybrid role to drive digital marketing solutions for small businesses. You will build a diverse client book, conduct both virtual and in-person presentations, and relentlessly pursue growth through strategic account management.

The position offers a base salary with benefits, extensive training, and uncapped commission potential, plus monthly bonuses and a clear path for advancement within a collaborative, community-focused company.

Responsibilities

• Selling Digital Marketing solutions through a partnership selling model
• Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO
• Cold calling business owners and prospecting within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct strong needs assessments
• Grow your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earn residual commissions for retaining your clients through strong account management
• Perform virtual and in-person presentations to prospects
• Build strong client relationships working within a wide variety of industries, making each day different!

Year 1 on-target earnings between $90,000-$100,000 with ability to earn more through uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses! Year 2 on-target earnings between $104,000-122,000.
