Job summary

Lift & Transfer Specialists, Inc. is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to expand our reach in California, Nevada and Hawaii.

You will evaluate clients for durable medical equipment products and work from a home office with scheduled meetings at our Brentwood, SF East Bay office. Ideal candidates have a strong history in outside sales, experience with end users, and a demonstrated ability to self-manage time and activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of Outside Sales experience dealing directly with end user customers.
• Experience selling to private pay and institutional environments preferred.
• Must have own vehicle and ability to demo equipment at client homes.
• Ability to set own hours and manage own time with minimal supervision.

Outside Sales Representative

Lift and Transfer Specialists Inc (LTS) is looking for the right person to join our team for a very rewarding career where you will change the lives of disabled people by evaluating them for Durable Medical Equipment products. We have been in business for 29 years, serving the disabled community throughout California, Nevada, and Hawaii. We design, sell, install and service products such as Surehands Lift & Care Systems, Bruno Stairlifts and Vertical Platform Lifts (VPL's), Mac's Lift Gate VPL's, as well as ramps and other equipment for the disabled population. No matter what the economy is doing, this population is growing every day and the opportunity for you to do well financially is very strong.

This is a full-time position that includes a base salary with a generous commission package that has no ceiling for earnings.

• You have a strong history of success in selling.
• In addition to leads that come from our office, you are fully capable of finding your own opportunities.
• You will be able to provide us with a resume that shows us that you are fully capable of managing your own time.
• You will be keeping us informed of your daily sales activity with your own proven system for selling that keeps you motivated.
• You must have a strong work ethic and a minimum of 10 years of Outside Sales Rep experience dealing directly with end user customers, including both private pay and institutional environments.
• Experience working with products including elevators, ceiling track systems or stairlifts is highly preferred.
• You will work directly with our Sales Manager for the first 90-180 days and if you are showing rapid progress, you will be able to continue on your own schedule, with quarterly updates and check-ins.

You will set your own hours to be the most productive, so it is not a set 9-5 hour job, but you must produce sales results for the LTS Team. You can work from your own home office, but weekly meetings in the main office in Brentwood (San Francisco East Bay area) will be required to interact with our team. You must have your own vehicle that has the room for demo equipment to be placed inside to take to clients homes.
