ForgeFit is seeking an Outside Sales Representative based in Boston, MA, to drive the growth of our fitness equipment sales. In this role, you'll connect with gym owners and fitness directors to identify their needs and present tailored solutions, all while managing a pipeline of warm and cold leads. Formación

About the Role

As an Outside Sales Representative, you’ll play a key role in driving ForgeFit’s growth by connecting with gym owners, fitness directors, and training facility managers. Your mission: identify their needs, present tailored equipment solutions, and build lasting relationships that power their success, and ours.

What You’ll Do

• Prospect, qualify, and close new business with gyms and fitness centers across the country
• Build and manage a pipeline of warm and cold leads using CRM tools
• Deliver consultative product presentations and solutions via phone, video, and email
• Maintain strong product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth fulfillment and customer satisfaction
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and KPIs

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ years of sales experience (B2B or fitness/health-related a plus)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable with outbound outreach and closing sales virtually
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and highly organized
• Passion for fitness or knowledge of gym equipment is a bonus
