Description:Local Account RepresentativeStarmark Local is a quickly growing, privately held family owned division of Vandor. This position represents this well respected company daily through outside sales and building relationships with our customers.

What You'll Do

· Reach out to potential clients via phone, text, email, and direct mail to build new business

· Hit weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets

· Support the Service Center Director with order management, marketing tasks, and inventory tracking

· Attend funeral conventions and events as needed

· Maintain accurate records in our CRM and assist with product sampling and deliveries

Requirements:What We're Looking For

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills (phone, email, text, even handwritten notes!)

· Sales or customer service experience preferred—bonus if you've worked in funeral services

· Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented

· Tech-savvy: confident with Microsoft Office and CRM tools

· Physically capable of lifting up to 75 lbs. and moving product (with equipment support)

· Ability to travel up to 25% of the time

Requirements

· High school diploma or GED required

· Education or experience in sales, marketing, or business is a plus

· A genuine respect for the funeral profession and those who serve in it
