Job summary

Cleft of the Rock is hiring an Outside Sales Representative in Alabama to visit businesses, meet decision-makers, and guide clients through supplemental insurance options. You will build a book of business, follow up on leads, and support clients throughout the process.

This role offers hands-on training, draw pay, commissions, bonuses, and a flexible, client-focused culture. Location: Remote/Hybrid In-person, business-to-business sales in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Health & Life or willing to obtain license with reimbursement.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
• Professional and confident presenting to groups.
• Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Meet face-to-face with business owners, managers, and employees in your territory.
