Cleft of the Rock, Inc. is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to visit businesses, meet decision-makers, and guide clients through supplemental insurance options that fit their needs. You will build relationships and grow your own book of business.

This role offers training, draw pay with commissions and bonuses, incentive trips, and a flexible schedule. Ideal candidates are self-motivated, professional, and licensed or willing to obtain a Health & Life license.

Qualifications

• Face-to-face selling and territory management experience.
• Licensure in Health & Life or willingness to obtain with reimbursement.
• Strong relationship-building and presentation skills.

What You Will Do:

• Meet face-to-face with business owners, managers, and employees in your territory

• Work closely with your manager to set goals and track progress
